Astrid is a 24-year old ballerina that has just made an irreversible decision. But no one knows it. The effects are invisible to the naked eye, but slowly seep into Astrid’s world nonetheless. Confronted with the seemingly unanswerable question, “how do you part from something that never existed?”, Astrid slowly descends into a vicious circle of doubt and self-punishment, and the seams of her life begin to fall apart. Everything and everyone seems to point at her decision with bitter judgment. Now, she alone must find a way to accept the contradictions of her experience, and to make peace with herself.
